I feel blessed to be doing what I love in a place that I love. I have made a full circle by moving to the beautiful Western North Carolina mountains! I was born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and moved around the United States as a "Marine Brat", spending most of my teens and my adult life in the Northern Virginia area. I have two grown children, Krista and Ryan, that I raised in Virginia. Now I am back in the state I was born in and I am happy to call home, the beautiful community of Black Mountain, North Carolina - "The little town that rocks"

COVID -19 Safe Practices
Appointments must be rescheduled if: You have had a fever of 100 degrees or higher within 24 hours of appointment
You have recently had any respiratory or flu symptoms. Including sore throat, shortness of breath, sudden rash, muscle fatigue, coughing or sneezing
You have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or displayed coronavirus-type symptoms
When making your appointment, you will be sent via email, an update for your intake form. This is required before you arrive at the office
Upon Arrival: I will meet you 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment outside at your car. I will then bring you in the building
The waiting area is unavailable. Please do not bring friends or children. If someone is driving you, they will need to return after your appointment is done.
You must wear a clean cloth mask or a new disposable mask during your appointment. I will have disposable masks available.
Before getting on the massage table, I will have hand sanitizer for you to use.
Limited talking in the massage space.
As always, your phone is to be turned completely off during your appointment. I encourage you to leave your phone off and at home! They are a germ magnet and radiate EMF (we are a green space) No powered cell phones or WiFi are permitted in the building at any time.
All appointments must be prepaid before your arrival. This can be done while making your appointment online. This limits the interaction in the small office space.
I will ask you to sign an informed consent form that states, “I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from Covid-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage from Donna M. Gray Massage & Bodywork.”
